Battibaleno is a “macerated” wine, where the magic of the grape bunch, after reaching its ripeness, begins a new journey of “maceration”.

Battibaleno is that perfect moment, when the equilibrium of the flavors is released into the mouth.

Battibaleno is one of those wines that once you start drinking it… you would empty the bottle in the “blink of an eye”!
