Mai Ferma is a Traditional Method wine that never stops!


Mai Ferma is my first wine, it had to be the perfect wine… and so it was, indeed it still is, but, being a woman that never stops and constantly evolving, after several harvests, I continued to travel, to research and savor.


The bubbles of Mai Ferma remain my first great love. Their natural movement is the perfect metaphor for a “biodynamic” woman and as I often say: “Luckily I have friends who can sometimes keep me still, even if just for a short time!
