BIODYNAMIC WINE

Rudolf Steiner inspired the agriculture of my wine. Among all his teachings, I feel particularly close to the practice of biodynamic hornmeal, as a natural revitalizer and fertilizer of the soil. The esotericist Steiner teaches that the horns of cows attract etheric and cosmic forces in the environment in which they live. These influence the composition of the same manure which, matured underground for a few months, prepares the soil for the well-being of the biodiversity that lives in the vineyards.
